Project: Based around the book 'Perfume: the story of a murderer' by Patrick Suskind. Designed and made for the character of Baldini an 18th century perfumer who is a fraud and steals others recipes. 

 

Costume: Use of tailoring techniques and period costume making such as fall front britches and interpreting historical patterns. Personal goal was to make 18th century menswear with a twist. Costume included body padding, a box strapped to the body and hand and machine embroidery.
